Job Title: Senior Account Executive

Location : Wagholi, Pune

Education : B.Com / M.Com / CA Final / CA Inter Passed / CA Dropout

Experience : Years

Compensation : As per market standard

Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Oversee complete accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliations ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Supervise all statutory compliances done by External Consultant within due date – GST, TDS, Advance Tax, Income Tax, Professional Tax (PT), PF/ESIC, and ensure timely filing and payment.
  • Supervise import/export documentation and ensure all submissions to banks, ICEGATE, and statutory authorities are completed within due timelines.
  • Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities for audits, assessments, and compliance reviews.
  • Monitor debtor and creditor accounts, ensuring timely collections, reconciliations, and effective working capital management.
  • Ensure the Team Members are timely following up for long due debtors/creditors.
  • Review and authenticate invoices, delivery Challans, debit/credit notes, and related documentation to maintain accuracy and compliance.
  • Ensure accurate payroll processing along with related statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, TDS on salaries).
  • Monitor the prepared monthly fixed expense schedules (utilities, insurance, rentals, credit cards, etc.) and ensure timely payments.
  • Oversee online banking transactions, vendor payouts, and ensure proper authorization and internal controls.
  • Supervise and mentor the accounts/admin team – delegate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure timely closures of all accounting activities.
  • Implement and strengthen internal controls, SOPs, and accounting policies to ensure accuracy, compliance, and risk mitigation.
  • Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management for decision-making, cost optimization, and strategic planning.
  • Roles & Responsibilities may change as per changes in working environment.

Skills & Competencies :

  • Excellent knowledge of Tally ERP 9 and Zoho Books
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Proficiency in English

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
