About Us

Dermatouch is a fast-growing dermo-cosmetic brand offering dermatologist-tested skincare solutions backed by science and innovation. We are looking for a reliable and proactive IT Executive
who can take complete ownership of the organization's IT infrastructure and ensure smooth operations of both hardware and software systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain all
    hardware systems
    including desktops, laptops, printers, and networking equipment.
  • Provide quick and reliable support for any
    hardware or software issues
    faced by employees.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot
    operating systems, applications, and IT tools
    .
  • Ensure regular
    data backup, security updates, and antivirus management
    .
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for IT-related purchases, repairs, and upgrades.
  • Monitor and maintain the office
    network, internet connectivity, and email systems
    .
  • Keep proper records of IT assets, licenses, and maintenance schedules.
  • Train staff on basic IT usage and best practices when required.

Requirements

  • Experience:
    1-3 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
  • Strong knowledge of
    Windows, MS Office, Google Workspace, and networking basics
    .
  • Familiarity with hardware troubleshooting (printers, LAN, routers, etc.).
  • Ability to handle pressure situations and provide quick solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving attitude with a sense of responsibility and reliability.
