Role & responsibilities
• Financial Planning: Develop and oversee the companys financial strategy and budgeting process.
• Accounting Oversight: Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in compliance with regulations.
• Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage the companys cash flow, banking, and fund requirements.
• Cost Control: Implement cost-saving measures and monitor operational expenditures.
• Compliance & Audits: Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and coordinate internal and external audits.
• Tax Management: Supervise direct and indirect tax planning, filing, and assessments.
• Financial Reporting: Present financial reports and insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team to ensure efficiency and development.
Preferred candidate profile
Must be qualified person with either ICWAI or CA.
No of years of over all experience :- 20 to 25 years.
Should be reporting to :- CFO & MD/CMD
Over all exposure required in core subject.
Finance, Core Accounts including consolidation of Accounts.
Direct and Indirect Taxes
Oversee Secretarial matters
Commercial /Administrative area.
Must have worked in at least one or two Manufacturing companies.
Over all package between Rs 25 to Rs 35 lacs.
