  • Key Responsibilities:Handle end-to-end recruitment for field sales roles (from sourcing to joining).
  • Coordinate with sales managers to understand manpower requirements.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and walk-ins.
  • Conduct initial screening (telephonic/virtual) and shortlist candidates.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and sales managers.
  • Maintain candidate pipeline to ensure quick closures.
  • Release offer letters and follow up till joining.
  • Maintain recruitment reports and MIS data regularly.
  • Requirements:Bachelor's degree (preferred in HR/Management).
  • 0–3 years of experience in recruitment (freshers with strong communication can also apply).
  • Good understanding of hiring for field sales / frontline roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
