: BE/B.Tech – Mandatory

Preferred from Tier-1 Institutes: IITs, IIITs, BITS Pilani, NITs

Experience
: 7+ years in software development

Technical Expertise
Prior experience in a
product-based company
is a must

  • Strong proficiency in Java / J2EE
  • Spring Boot & Microservices architecture hands-on experience
  • Solid experience with containerization technologies
  • Working knowledge of ReactJS (front-end exposure)
  • Experience with Kafka or similar messaging systems
  • Practical exposure to Docker & Kubernetes

Methodologies

  • Strong understanding & real-world experience with Agile SDLC

Leadership & Management

  • Proven project management skills (planning, risk management & issue resolution)
  • Excellent leadership, communication & collaboration skills
  • Ability to mentor and guide engineering teams towards excellence
