Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Customer Service (Healthcare) position. Qualifications
- Experience in Customer Support and Customer Service
- Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills
- Excellent Phone Etiquette abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
