Job Description – Production Manager

Location: Kozhikode, Kerala | Corekraft Pvt. Ltd.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Production Manager to oversee delivery operations and overall management within the production unit. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and proven experience with tools like MS Office, Google Sheets, email, and Zoho Inventory. This role ensures timely client deliveries while maintaining smooth coordination in the production workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivery Management

Plan, schedule, and monitor all client deliveries.

Coordinate with logistics partners, courier services, and in-house teams.

Track delivery status, resolve delays/damages, and confirm receipt with clients.

Production Unit Coordination

Oversee day-to-day operations of the production unit.

Coordinate with Production, Purchase, and Sales teams for smooth workflow.

Schedule tasks based on priority and client deadlines.

Ensure outsourced and in-house production tasks are completed on time.

Team Leadership & Reporting

Supervise delivery and production support staff.

Review daily reports, ensure accountability, and assign tasks.

Maintain clear communication with management on progress and issues.

Inventory & Documentation

Use Zoho Inventory to manage stock movements, order tracking, and records.

Maintain updated reports using MS Office & Google Sheets.

Prepare and share delivery and production reports regularly.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree/diploma in Operations, Logistics, or Business Management.

2–4 years' experience in delivery coordination, logistics, or production support.

Strong communication skills with a clear and confident voice for client/vendor interaction.

Excellent attention to detail in tracking deliveries and production activities.

Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, email communication, and Zoho Inventory.

Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure with strong organizational skills.
