Role Purpose:
The Manager - Implementation Development oversees the software configuration build process and unit testing within the development team. This role ensures software configurations meet quality standards and are aligned with project requirements. The Manager leads a team of implementation developers, providing guidance and support to deliver high-quality software solutions on time and within budget.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the software configuration build process and unit testing activities.
Ensure software configurations adhere to technical specifications and quality standards.
Lead a team of implementation developers, providing mentorship, guidance, and technical support.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and prioritize development tasks.
Monitor project progress and resource allocation to meet deadlines and milestones.
Implement best practices for software development, configuration management, and testing.
Knowledge, Experience & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience in software development and configuration management, with at least X years in a managerial or team lead role.
Strong understanding of software build processes, version control systems, and unit testing frameworks.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
Effective communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to drive continuous improvement in implementation development processes.
