Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head to lead our technology team and drive innovation across the organization. They should play a critical role in shaping the company's technical strategy, ensuring successful project delivery, mentoring the team, and fostering a culture of creativity, continuous learning, and excellence.

  • Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring quality, timeliness, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical execution with business needs.
  • Troubleshoot critical issues and ensure smooth operations and system reliability.
  • Innovation & Strategy
  • Drive experimentation and encourage creative approaches to problem-solving.
  • Build a culture of continuous improvement, research, and exploration of new tools.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Head of Engineering, or senior technology leader.
  • Strong background in software development and systems architecture.
  • Expertise in managing technical teams and delivering large-scale projects.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams.
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous learning.
