Accounts Manager & Senior Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly
  • Manage inter-company accounting, including transaction recording, reconciliation, and elimination entries
  • Handle TDS deduction, payment, and filing of returns within statutory deadlines
  • Ensure accurate GST input credit reconciliation, return filing, and compliance
  • Oversee all statutory payments (TDS, GST, EPF, ESI, PT, etc.)
  • Ensure timely and accurate payment of TDS, and filing of TDS returns as per statutory deadlines
  • Lead the monthly and year-end closing process in coordination with internal and external stakeholders
  • Support the preparation of budgets and forecasts, and conduct detailed variance analysis
  • Ensure adherence to accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies
  • Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities for audits and compliance matters
  • Line up vendor payments based on due dates, approvals, and cash flow position
  • Perform vendor ledger reconciliations and ensure accurate posting of invoices and credit notes
  • Conduct periodic vendor balance confirmations and resolve discrepancies with suppliers
  • Ensure strong internal financial controls and adherence to accounting standards and company policies.

Pay: ₹20, ₹95,000.00 per month

  • Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

  • Accounting: 3 years (Required)
  • Tally ERP, QuickBooks, and MS Office (especially Excel): 1 year (Required)
