Key Responsibilities:n This role demands candidates that can work across a range of tasks simultaneously and can work independently with minimal instruction. while hours may vary depending on the markets the organisation operates within:n Transaction / Trade Processing => Assist with processing of transactions and trades. Perform the necessary checks and validation.n Reconciliation => Handling trade, position and cash reconciliation and liaising with stakeholders to resolve breaksn Corporate Actions => Help with corporate action notifications, elections and processingn Reference Data => Maintaining and updating security databasen Ad-hoc => additional fund operations activities mutually agreed with Clientn Work with executing brokers/PB to clear any breaks to avoid any trading issuesn Demonstrate high attention to detail, should work in a dynamic environment whilst maintaining high quality standards, a natural aptitude to develop good internal working relationships and a flexible work ethicn Responsible for Quality Checks and adhering to the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) / Turn Around Time (TAT)Key Competenciesn Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification, preferably in Business or Finance (BBA/Bcom/MBA/CFA)n At least 1 to 4 years working experience in a securities firm, involving Client & intermediaries interaction.n Experience in Client facing function (Relationship management, business support).n Energetic, results-focused, change agent, with a strong work ethic.n Ability to work to tight deadlines under pressure, while maintaining close attention to detail.n Excellent organizational and time management skills with a positive and pro-active - can do- attitude.n Team player and people motivator.n Interpersonal, collaborative, relationship building and influencing skills.n strong organizational and analytical skill with strong attention to detailn Strong track record of excellent results delivered to internal and external clientsn Able to work independently without the needs for close supervision and also collaboratively as part of cross-team efforts
