Role Description

You are expected to lead an offshore wealth management business and must have a business plan that can be deliberated and executed. Your responsibilities will include building a healthy AUM from ground up and ensuring strict compliance with regulatory standards. Accordingly, you are expected to be well versed with the regulatory requirements for conducting this business. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth initiatives.

  • An existing book of clients is a mandatory requirement
  • Expertise in Banking and Wealth Management
  • Proven Leadership experience

  • Strategic thinking with a results-driven approach
  • Strong communication, negotiation and client service abilities
  • Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related field
  • Certifications such as CFA, CFP or equivalent are highly desirable
