Finovia combines time-tested insights with a modern, client-first approach to deliver long-term value through personalized advice, disciplined allocation, and seamless execution.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Wealth Manager, located in Pune. The Wealth Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, managing client relationships, conducting market research, generating leads, and overseeing marketing campaigns. The role involves coordinating with various teams to ensure the alignment of sales strategies with overall company goals, preparing and delivering presentations to potential clients.QualificationsExperience (2 to 3 years) in Mutual Funds/Private Wealth/Investments for Sales Strategy, Client Relationship Management, and Lead Generation Ability to use and leverage AI in workflows Knowledge in Marketing Strategy, Campaign Management, and Market Research Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment Experience in the financial services or wealth management industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; an MBA is preferred Relevant certifications from NISM (VA, XIII, XXI)
