Locations- Delhi, Jaipur, Hyderabad, Bangalore and AhmedabadWe are seeking an accomplished Senior Wealth Manager / Private Banker(SVP and above)to lead and grow ourHNI or UHNI client portfolio across key regions . The role involves managing a region independently or with a team (playing or non-playing captain), driving strong AUM growth, and ensuring diversified asset allocation beyond branch-sourced business.Key Responsibilities:- Manage and deepen relationships with HNI or UHNI clients, delivering sophisticated wealth advisory and investment solutions.- Drive and own AUM growth with clear bifurcation across Mutual Funds, AIFs, PMS, FDs, Bonds, Insurance, and Structured Products.- Lead, mentor, and develop a regional team of Wealth Managers/RMs to enhance productivity, acquisition, and strategic planning.- Ensure compliant advisory standards and deliver superior client engagement and experience.- Acquire new high-value clients through strategic networking, referrals, and market mapping.- Conduct regular portfolio reviews and rebalance allocations aligned to client goals and market movements.- Achieve region-wise revenue, AUM growth, and retention targets through cross-selling and wallet share optimization.Requirements:- 15-22 years of experience in wealth management/private banking, handling HNI or UHNI portfolios.- Extensive experience managing large AUM across MF, AIF, PMS, FDs, and other investment categories.- Proven regional leadership experience; team management exposure preferred.- Strong expertise in capital markets, portfolio construction, and investment strategy.- Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.
