We are seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals (Freshers & Experienced) Business Development Associates (BDA) to drive international sales via outbound calling. This role requires excellent communication skills, a sharp sales mindset.
You'll be responsible for identifying potential customers, pitching services, while working with a motivated team in a performance-driven setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call potential international clients to explain our services.
- Build good relationships by understanding the client's needs and offering the right solutions.
- Follow up regularly with leads and keep records updated.
- Handle client questions and concerns confidently.
- Work with internal teams to ensure a smooth handover and happy clients after the sale.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass
- Freshers with good English communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Experienced candidates in international voice process/sales/customer service are preferred.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
