**Role Description**

This is a full-time International Voice Process role with night shifts at Aimlay's office in New Delhi. The role involves handling customer inquiries, sales, and providing excellent customer service through analytical and communication skills.

**Job Description:

To be responsible for making outbound calls daily using data provided

Capturing additional information from the customer.

screening the customer for their interest in the company’s product

Scheduling the virtual meetings with the concerned person

Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective customers.

To inform the potential clients of the company’s products and services

Reviewing and analyzing incoming leads for accuracy

Verifying your prospective leads’ data, provided by the marketing department to work closely with the Sales Team

Follow-up on initial contacts.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift
