Requirements

• 5–8 years backend or full‑stack engineering experience

• 2 years as lead/architect on data or MLOps SaaS

• At least 1 year working with LLMs or GenAI APIs (e.g. OpenAI, Claude)

• Proven production APIs, data pipelines, cloud‑native services

• Strong cloud (AWS/GCP), container (Docker, ECS, Cloud Run), and DevOps (GitHub Actions, Terraform) skills

• Excellent communication and collaboration with non‑technical teams

• Bonus: founding‑team or first‑engineer startup experience

Responsibilities

• Build AI‑powered digital products, tools, and connected experiences

• Lead backend, infrastructure, data ingestion, model training, inference

• Design and manage LLM workflows across text, image, and video

• Collaborate with design and creative teams for brand campaigns

• Rapid prototyping and tracking AI trends
