Human Resource Executive- CSR

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Social Work, Public Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • A diploma or certification in CSR, ESG, or sustainability is a plus.
  • Minimum experience of 1 year preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of labor laws and ethical employment practices
  • Understanding of CSR concepts, ESG framework, and sustainability goals
  • Project management and documentation skills
  • Empathy, cultural sensitivity, and ability to work with marginalized communities
  • Ability to collaborate across departments and with external partners
  • Familiarity with CSR reporting standards (like GRI, BRSR) is a bonus

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Support recruitment for CSR and field-based roles
  • Manage onboarding and orientation of volunteers, interns, and CSR teams
  • Maintain attendance, timesheets, and performance records of CSR field staff
  • Assist in training and sensitization programs for employees on social impact and diversity
  • Handle employee engagement activities aligned with social initiatives
  • Ensure safe and inclusive work culture at grassroots outreach sites
  • Assist in planning, implementing, and monitoring CSR projects
  • Liaison with NGOs, government bodies, and community stakeholders
  • Help draft CSR policy documents and social impact reports
  • Organize health camps, awareness drives, and outreach activities
  • Coordinate with finance to ensure budget tracking and fund utilization reports
  • Support internal campaigns like menstrual hygiene awareness, sustainability programs, women empowerment drives, etc.
  • Maintain stakeholder databases and update communication logs
  • Assist with audits, surveys, and third-party evaluations for CSR projects

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability
