We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Risk Analyst to identify, assess, and manage potential risks that may affect the organization's financial health or operations. The ideal candidate will evaluate data, forecast potential risks, and develop strategies to minimize losses while supporting key business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and assess potential risks across financial, operational, and compliance areas.
  • Analyze statistical data, market trends, and financial information to predict potential losses.
  • Develop and implement risk management models and frameworks.
  • Prepare detailed risk assessment reports and recommend risk mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor key risk indicators (KRIs) and maintain updated risk registers.
  • Support business units in designing internal controls to reduce exposure.
  • Collaborate with compliance, audit, and finance teams to ensure adherence to risk policies.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (MBA or FRM/CFA certification preferred).
  • Proven experience ( 0 – 5 years) as a Risk Analyst, Financial Analyst, or similar role.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and risk analysis tools (e.g., SAS, R, or Python preferred).
  • Knowledge of financial instruments, credit risk, market risk, and operational risk.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
