About The Opportunity
Join a growing hospital team providing high-quality inpatient and outpatient nursing services in Pune. You will work on-site across shifts delivering direct patient care, supporting clinical teams, and maintaining patient safety and documentation standards.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide direct bedside care—administer medications (oral & IV), monitor and record vital signs, and manage fluid therapy per physician orders.
  • Perform clinical procedures including IV cannulation, wound dressing, catheter care, and routine emergency interventions as required.
  • Triaging and admitting patients, coordinating transfers and discharges, and ensuring accurate handovers between shifts.
  • Maintain infection-control standards and aseptic techniques; ensure ward hygiene and safe disposal of clinical waste.
  • Document patient care accurately in charts/EMR, update care plans, and escalate clinical changes to doctors and senior nursing staff promptly.
  • Support clinical audits, participate in training sessions, and mentor junior nursing staff and patient attendants as needed.

Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have

  • GNM or B.Sc Nursing from a recognized institute
  • Registration with the State Nursing Council (valid)
  • Minimum 2 years of hospital/ward nursing experience (inpatient care preferred)
  • Proficiency in medication administration, IV cannulation, wound care, and vital signs monitoring

Preferred

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and clinical documentation systems
