Job Description:

We are looking for a qualified Mechanical Engineer to oversee and execute the installation, testing, and commissioning of lifts, SPM and Automation at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring proper mechanical alignment, compliance with safety standards, coordination with electrical teams, and smooth handover of the installed lifts to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and execute lift/elevator mechanical installation at site.
  • Read and interpret mechanical drawings, GA drawings, and installation manuals.
  • Ensure alignment, fitment, and assembly of mechanical parts (guide rails, cabin, counterweight, doors, machine unit, etc.).
  • Coordinate with the electrical engineer for wiring, control panel, and system integration.
  • Conduct safety checks and ensure compliance with IS/EN elevator standards.
  • Manage site manpower, tools, and equipment for installation activities.
  • Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and client representatives during execution.
  • Carry out testing, troubleshooting, and final commissioning.
  • Prepare site reports, installation checklists, and handover documentation.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 2–5 years of experience in lift/elevator installation or related mechanical field.
  • Knowledge of mechanical assemblies, load-bearing structures, and safety regulations.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring instruments.
  • Strong problem-solving and site management skills.
  • Good communication and team coordination ability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹35,000.00 per month
