Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled
Client Servicing Manager
with 3–4 years of experience in the event industry or an agency environment. The role involves managing corporate client relationships, developing innovative event concepts, delivering impactful presentations, and ensuring seamless project execution. The ideal candidate will also actively contribute to business development efforts. Strong communication, presentation skills, and proficiency in MS Office are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:
    Build and sustain excellent relationships with corporate clients, acting as the primary point of contact for their needs.
  • Concept Development:
    Work with creative teams to ideate and develop innovative event concepts tailored to client objectives.
  • Presentation Skills:
    Prepare and deliver impactful presentations to clients, clearly communicating ideas, strategies, and project plans.
  • Project Coordination:
    Ensure smooth execution of events, aligning deliverables with client expectations and managing any issues promptly.
  • Business Development:
    Identify new business opportunities, pitch to potential clients, and contribute to revenue growth as part of the role.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3 to 4 years of experience within the event industry or agency background.
  • Strong
    communication and interpersonal skills
    to manage clients effectively.
  • Proficiency in
    MS Office Suite
    (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Demonstrated experience working with
    corporate clients
    in the event or agency industry.
  • Excellent
    presentation and negotiation skills
    .
  • Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and handle pressure.
  • Eagerness to engage in
    business development
    activities.
