About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on, curious, and self-motivated STEM graduate (B.Sc, B.Tech, BCA, or similar) who enjoys building, experimenting, and learning. We don't need toppers or people with fancy degrees — we care about what you've done and your passion for creating things with AI and code.

What You'll Do

  • Build, test, and deploy applications using AI models (LLMs, APIs, open-source tools).

  • Assist in creating AI workflows, automations, and prototypes.

  • Experiment with data, fine-tune models, and evaluate outputs.

  • Collaborate with the team to turn ideas into working solutions.

  • Continuously learn as AI technology evolves.

What We're Looking For

STEM graduate — B.Sc / B.Tech / BCA / equivalent.

Comfortable coding — Python preferred (or eager to pick it up fast).

Someone who has built things — small projects, prototypes, experiments (even if not perfect).

Interest in AI, LLMs, APIs, and solving practical problems.

OK communication skills — no need to be a polished speaker.

Bonus (Nice to Have)

  • GitHub project links, code samples, or personal projects.

  • Experience with OpenAI API, Hugging Face, LangChain, or similar.

  • Exposure to prompt engineering or LLM-based automations.
