Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing key client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of the market.
We are fully working from the office set-up.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
- Monitor and analyze account performance, creating strategies to achieve sales targets and increase revenue.
- Identify and understand account requirements to provide solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
- Prepare and present regular reports on account status and performance to senior management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise with clients. Confidential
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager, Sales Manager, or similar role in fintech.
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements in fintech/ digital payments, .
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and create actionable insights.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
