Job Title: Lead Associate - RTR (Record to Report)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Lead Associate - RTR to manage and oversee the Record to Report (RTR) process. In this role, you will ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance, and timely execution of end-to-end accounting activities. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of financial accounting principles, and experience in managing a team within a fast-paced corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the Record to Report process, ensuring accurate and timely financial close, reconciliations, and reporting.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of associates, providing guidance and support in daily operations.
  • Review and ensure the accuracy of general ledger entries, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and improve financial processes.
  • Support the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Monitor compliance with internal controls, SOX, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in audit processes, providing necessary documentation and support.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA, CMA, or equivalent certifications preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, IFRS, and GAAP.
  • Experience with financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development and performance.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
