Role & Responsibilities

The CTO / Tech Lead will be responsible for building and leading the technology function of Giversbay, with a strong focus on AI integration and scalable architecture.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing technical architecture for AI-based applications (web and mobile).
  • Leading the development and integration of AI tools, machine learning solutions, and automation workflows.
  • Managing API development and integrations with payment gateways, content platforms, and third-party solutions.
  • Establishing scalable and secure systems to support platform growth.
  • Building and managing a lean technical team while fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
  • Overseeing product roadmap, ensuring delivery of functional, scalable, and user-focused solutions.
  • Collaborating with co-founders to align technology strategy with business development and global expansion plans.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in software development, full-stack engineering, and product architecture.
  • Strong expertise in AI tools, machine learning integration, and automation frameworks.
  • Hands-on knowledge of API development, SaaS platforms, and scalable systems.
  • Experience in building and scaling early-stage technology products, platforms, or marketplaces.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and execution skills with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Passion for creating technology that enables growth, learning, and measurable impact.
