Job Summary:

We are looking for a Site Coordinator who is well-educated, experienced, and skilled in handling multiple site operations. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with clients, managing site teams, ensuring timely resolution of issues, and acting as a bridge between clients, site staff, and the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and supervise daily activities at various project sites.
  • Manage and deploy site teams as per project requirements.
  • Visit sites to assess client requirements, monitor progress, and ensure work quality.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and resolve on-site issues promptly.
  • Coordinate with the office team for material dispatch, manpower allocation, and other operational requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain daily site reports and progress updates.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, safety protocols, and timelines.
  • Assist in handling client queries and ensure smooth communication flow between the client and office.
  • Support the HR and operations team in monitoring attendance, work updates, and performance of site staff.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate / Diploma in Engineering or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1–5 years of experience in site coordination, preferably in the steel, fabrication, or automation industry.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Good knowledge of site management, manpower handling, and client coordination.
  • Proficient in MS Office and technical knowledge (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Problem-solving attitude with ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel for site visits across India.
