We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team and contribute to our brand's visual identity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design promotional materials such as event creatives, posters, banners, and social media graphics for all outlets across India.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design menus and ensure consistency across print and digital platforms.
  • Assist in branding and layout design for new outlets, ensuring that designs align with company standards.
  • Work closely with outlet managers and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery of creatives for both online and offline promotions.
  • Help maintain the visual identity of the brand through innovative and creative graphic solutions.
  • Ensure all creatives follow brand guidelines and are consistent with the overall brand image.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
  • 1+ year of experience in graphic design.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, AfterEffects, PremierPro).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creatives for events, menu designs, and other promotional materials.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the marketing team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of print production and digital media design is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Understanding of restaurant branding and hospitality marketing.
  • Experience in social media content creation.
  • Knowledge of motion graphics and videos is a must.
