Role & responsibilities

JD:1 Material Engineer:

Maintenance & Material Data Engineer Responsibilities
• Maintenance and Material Data creation, cleansing, classification, verification, validation, standardization, and enrichment activities for ERP / CMMS master data management (MDM) as per SAP PM / MM module compliance
• Master equipment list (MEL) / asset register preparation
• Develop and populate functional locations, its descriptions and object types.
• Identify maintenance spares from vendor documents.
• Review Recommendation of new spares from vendor documents and spare parts inter-changeability record (SPIR)
• MRO Spares Coding and develop Bill of Materials (BOM)
• MRO spares criticality analysis and optimization.
• Cleansing, standardization, enrichment, and de-duping of coded/ existing spares Qualification
• Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 5 to 10 years of total experience with min 5 years of maintenance experience

JD:2MAINTENANCE PLANNER

Must have experiences /skills

  • 7+ yrs of relevant technical field experience required.
  • Participate in project maintainability reviews, considering the consequences for maintenance and inspection of plant/equipment.
  • Participate in the functional criticality assessment for all maintainable tags.
  • Develop and validate maintenance procedures and job plans for equipment strategies, providing detailed instructions to allow the activities to be successfully executed.
  • Ensure preventative and/or corrective job plans have the correct labour codes, hours and associated materials linked.
  • Ensure planning attributes such as planner groups, SCW, Maintenance Plan descriptions etc are populated.
  • Assign equipment strategies to tags based on equipment class. .
  • Provide input/guidance to the selection, procurement, and preservation of spare-parts.
  • Identify initial equipment and materials to purchase/stock to support maintenance.
  • Support the creation of Equipment BOMs, ensuring that BOMs are fully populated within the CMMS and equipment/spares are accurately detailed prior to the operate phase of the project.
  • Delivery of maintenance packaging (including nesting/ revision codes) within the provided framework, considering the equipment/asset outage model.
  • Complete post packaging works such as
  • Ensure the packaging delivered is as executable, considering isolation boundaries and work local work management processes.
  • Review the Safety and Environmental Critical performance standards established by Engineering and incorporate the frequency, scope and pass/fail criteria in the preventative maintenance plans.
  • Removal of preventative maintenance plans and procedures from the CMMS related to maintainable items that require amendment or decommissioned.
  • Validate any planning data loaded into CMMS.
  • Participate in maintenance build project retrospectives.
