Sales Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Furniture Sales Executive to join our showroom team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their furniture needs, and offering suitable solutions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist walk-in customers at the showroom
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable furniture products
- Explain product features, materials, sizes, pricing, and customization options
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product catalog and ongoing offers
- Prepare quotations and follow up with potential leads
- Coordinate with the design and logistics teams for order fulfillment
- Maintain proper records of sales, orders, and customer details
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance
- Handle after-sales support and address customer feedback or issues
- Keep the showroom clean, organized, and visually appealing
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities
- Basic knowledge of furniture materials, design styles, and trends
- Computer skills (MS Office, email, billing software)
- Fluency in [local language] and English
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in retail furniture sales, home décor, or interior product showrooms
- Knowledge of space planning or basic interior design
- CRM or POS system experience is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹9, ₹15,000.00 per month
