Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Female Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies, driving sales growth, and, most importantly, building and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Development:
• Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.
• Drive revenue growth by meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
• Client Interaction and Relationship Management:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all client interactions, ensuring exceptional customer service.
• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their business goals.
• Regularly update clients on project progress and address any concerns or issues promptly.
• Actively gather client feedback to improve products, services, and processes.
• Marketing Strategy:
• Design and execute innovative marketing campaigns to promote company services.
• Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media, email campaigns, and SEO/SEM strategies.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and customer preferences.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with the design, development, and content teams to create marketing collateral and campaigns.
• Collaborate with the senior management team to align sales and marketing goals with overall business objectives.
• Reporting and Analysis:
• Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies.
• Provide regular reports to management with actionable insights and recommendations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the IT, digital marketing, or software development sectors.
• Skills in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Punjabi.
• Proficiency in using CRM software, digital marketing tools, and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of digital marketing tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and analytics platforms.
• Experience with content marketing and branding.
