We are looking for a skilled Assistant Manager to lead our Front Office team at Hyatt Regency Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and front office operations, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage the front office team to ensure exceptional customer service and efficient check-in/check-out processes.
  • Coordinate with other departments to maintain seamless hotel operations and high standards of quality.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance front office performance and guest satisfaction.
  • Train and mentor new staff members to ensure they provide top-notch service.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally and courteously.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of front office activities and performance metrics.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in front office operations or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of hospitality industry trends and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy and quality.
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems and software applications.
