We are looking for a skilled Food & Beverages Captain to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience and a strong background in food and beverages service.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage daily food and beverages operations, including inventory management and stock control.
  • Supervise and coordinate staff activities to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and safety in food and beverages preparation and service areas.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.
  • Analyze customer feedback and implement changes to improve overall customer experience.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Food & Beverages Captain or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverages preparation, presentation, and service techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with staff and customers.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail is necessary to maintain high standards of quality and hygiene.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software is preferred.
