GoPlaya is India's only gaming cafe booking platform designed to streamline the process of reserving gaming slots for PC, PlayStation, Xbox, Streaming, Sim racing, or VR gaming at desired gaming cafes, addressing the growing demand for a convenient and efficient way for gamers to secure their playtime at local venues. Our mission is to develop innovative solutions that enhance the ecosystem for gaming cafes and gamers alike.

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced CTO to design, develop, and maintain robust software solutions for our platform. This role focuses on system-level and OS-level programming, emphasizing high performance, low latency, and secure systems to improve both operational efficiency and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop software modules to manage complex operations such as bookings, reporting, and payments.
  • Work on OS-level and kernel-level coding to optimize system performance, ensure low-latency operations, and enhance security.
  • Develop and integrate REST APIs and backend services for features like user authentication, session tracking, and device management on the network.
  • Collaborate with backend and design teams to create an intuitive admin interface.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using React Native, Next JS, Node JS, Electron JS, .Net, C++/C# Developer.
  • Integrate third-party APIs (e.g., payment gateways, booking engines).
  • Address platform-specific issues and maintain system reliability.
  • Conduct code reviews and troubleshoot/debug applications.
  • Write and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.

Core Expertise:

  • Proficiency in React Native, Next JS, Node JS, Electron JS, .Net, & C++/C#.
  • Hands-on experience with OS-level and kernel-level programming.
  • Strong understanding of operating systems, system calls, multithreading, and memory management.
  • Experience with WPF, WinForms, or modern Windows UI frameworks.
  • Proficiency in building desktop and mobile applications.
  • Strong command of object-oriented programming and design patterns.

- Tools and Technologies:

  • Experience with database management systems (SQL, NoSQL).
  • Familiarity with local and networked applications for managing resources.
  • Knowledge of REST, WebSocket communication, and GraphQL for API development and integration.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Additional Skills:

  • Comprehensive understanding of Windows system architecture and performance optimization.
  • Familiarity with security protocols to safeguard user and operational data.
  • Ability to develop modular and scalable applications for long-term sustainability.
  • Knowledge of controller input frameworks and adaptive input systems.
  • Experience with version control systems (Git or similar).
  • Understanding of agile development practices.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on C++ and/or C#.
