We Are Hiring – Manager / Sr. Manager – Mechanical Design

IREO is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Manager / Senior Manager – Mechanical Design to join our team in Gurugram. This role offers an excellent opportunity for professionals with a strong background in MEP design and coordination for luxury residential, plotted developments, high-rise, township, and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and coordination of plumbing, fire, and mechanical services, ensuring compliance with best engineering practices, local bylaws, and relevant codes.

Perform design calculations for plumbing, drainage, irrigation, and HVAC systems, aligning with project requirements.

Independently coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, and structural teams to ensure seamless execution.

Drive design standardization, value engineering, and optimal material selection to enhance efficiency and project quality.

Utilize AutoCAD & REVIT to develop precise and efficient design models.

Foster a collaborative and results-driven approach, ensuring timely project delivery while maintaining strong professional relationships.

Candidate Profile:


B.Tech
/ B.E. in Mechanical Engineering with 10-12 years

of

experience in mechanical design, specifically in luxury residential, high-rise,

township, or commercial projects.


Prior experience with a leading MEP design consultancy is highly preferred.

Expertise in HVAC design principles, plumbing, and drainage systems applicable to residential and commercial developments.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Proactive, self-motivated, and a team player with excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills.
