Revenue Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all projects are billed and closed within a reasonable timeframe with filed Proof Of Delivery (typically 90 days from project completion)

• Help resolve billing and cost queries

• Job analysis and assisting with reconciliation of 3rd party costs, where contractually required

• Provide monthly status for all jobs,

• Ensure completeness and accuracy of appropriate documentation for revenue recognition, including PO/client approval, Billings, and purchasing contacts where applicable and proof of delivery

• Other adhoc requirements

Requirements:

• High level of attention to detail & Proven experience in a similar role

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to build strong working relationships with a range of stakeholders

• Strong team player with the ability to work autonomously

• Ability to manage multiple tasks while working to tight deadlines

• A can-do' positive attitude & Proactive

• Strong analytical skills in reconciliations and variance analysis
