Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior HR Generalist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing employee relations, overseeing HR policies, and ensuring smooth daily HR operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Maintain positive employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts professionally.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and feedback systems.
