Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and certified
ServiceNow Technical Lead and ServiceNow Architect
to be the driving force behind our complex client engagements.

Experience for ServiceNow Technical Lead:
8 to 12 years

Experience for ServiceNow Architect:
10-15 years

Locations
: Chennai, Bangalore, Pune and Hyderabad (Work from Office)

Short Joiners Preferred

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    Minimum 6+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, with at least
    2-3 years in a Technical Lead or Architect role
    in a consulting/professional services environment.
  • Expertise in ServiceNow Modules like
    ITSM, ITAM, FSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, App Engine.
  • Certifications Preferred:
    ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in
    at least two
    major product suites (e.g., ITSM, HRSD, CSM, ITOM).

Technical Skills:

  • Deep expertise in ServiceNow development best practices and platform architecture.
  • Proficiency in web technologies and scripting:
    JavaScript, GlideScript, REST/SOAP APIs, HTML5, CSS, and Angular JS.
  • Strong knowledge of integration methods including Integration Hub, SSO (SAML), and Web Services.
  • Solid understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks (ITIL Foundation v3 or v4 certification preferred).

Soft Skills:

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate technical delivery teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking capabilities.
