Position: Customer Support Executive (Italian C1)Location: GurgaonKey Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Italian (C1 level certification/competency required)
  • Excellent communication skills in Italian (spoken & written)
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in an international process (voice / non-voice / customer support)
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle queries efficiently and provide resolutions within SLAs
  • Immediate joiners will be given preference

Work Details:

  • 5 days working (rotational shifts)
  • 2 weekly offs (rotational)
  • 1-time meal provided by the company
  • Both-side cab facility available

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries and provide accurate solutions in Italian via calls, chats, or emails
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring timely resolutions
  • Escalate complex cases to concerned departments when required
  • Meet performance targets (quality, accuracy, and productivity)
  • Adhere to company policies and compliance standards

Educational Qualification:

  • Graduate / Undergraduate (with relevant experience)
  • C1 level proficiency in Italian (mandatory)
