 Prepare and review journal entries, invoices, payments, and receipts.

 Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

 Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

 Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts monthly.

 Prepare financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

 Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.

 Ensure compliance with tax laws and assist with tax filings (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.).

 Support external and internal audits by providing required documentation.

 Maintain general ledger and ensure accuracy in all financial reporting.

 Assist management with financial analysis and reporting for decision-making.

 Ensure adherence to company policies, accounting standards, and statutory requirements.

 Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.

 Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts.

 Understand client needs and provide suitable business solutions.

 Coordinate with internal teams (sales, service, finance, etc.) to ensure timely delivery of products and services.

 Prepare and present account performance reports to management and clients.

 Handle client inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.

 Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients.

 Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.

 Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems regularly.

 Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing exceptional service.

  • Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
  • Proven experience as an accountant or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards (GAAP/IFRS).
  • Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, or ERP systems).
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks
