**Key Responsibilities**:Finalization of books of accounts with a strong understanding of accounting principles.

Manage end-to-end accounting operations including journal entries, bank/vendor reconciliations, and vendor management.

Maintain accurate and timely financial records and documentation.

Coordinate with external consultants for timely submission of documents related to accounting, taxation, and audits.

Handle compliance for **Direct Tax** matters: TDS deduction, return filing, and other income tax-related tasks.

Working knowledge of **Indirect Tax**: GST calculations, filing monthly returns, reconciliations, and compliance.Utilize accounting software effectively - especially **Zoho Books**.

Work with **Microsoft Office tools** (Excel, Word, Outlook) for day-to-day reporting and documentation.

Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

**Requirements**:
**Qualification**: B.Com / M.Com / MBA in Finance / CA Inter or equivalent.

**Experience**: 2-3 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.

Proficiency in **Zoho Books** or similar accounting software.Strong MS Excel and overall MS Office skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.

**Immediate joiners preferred.**
