Job Responsibilities:

  • Teach MBA students core and elective courses in Finance such as Financial Management, Corporate Finance, Investment Analysis, International Finance, and related areas.
  • Develop curriculum, teaching plans, and case studies in alignment with academic standards.
  • Mentor and guide students in academic projects, dissertations, and internships.
  • Conduct research, publish papers, and contribute to academic excellence.
  • Organize seminars, workshops, and industry interaction sessions to enhance student learning.
  • Evaluate student performance through examinations, assignments, and presentations.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory developments, and financial innovations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • MBA with Ph.D. in Finance
  • NET/SET qualification (preferred, as per UGC norms).
  • Prior teaching experience in higher education institutions is desirable.
  • Strong subject knowledge, analytical skills, and communication skills.
  • Commitment to academic excellence and student development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹80,000.00 per month
