Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a CRM Support Developer located in Pune. The CRM Support Developer will be responsible for providing technical support for CRM systems, troubleshooting and resolving issues, customizing and configuring CRM solutions, and collaborating with other teams to enhance system functionality. Additional tasks include creating and maintaining documentation, assisting in the deployment of CRM updates, and training end-users on CRM functionalities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide
    L1 & L2 functional support
    for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations.
  • Act as the first point of contact for functional issues and incident resolution.
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve business process-related queries in CRM modules.
  • Work closely with business users to gather requirements and provide functional insights.
  • Support configuration, workflows, and data integrity within D365 Project Operations.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.

Required Skills:

  • Strong functional knowledge of
    Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    CRM modules, workflows, and configurations
    .
  • Exposure to
    incident management and production support (L1/L2)
    .
  • Understanding of
    Microsoft Power Platform
    (Power Apps, Power Automate) is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
