We are seeking a
Junior IT Business Development Executive
who is proactive, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to our growing international sales team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and generate qualified leads from global markets (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and others).
  • Collaborate with senior BDEs to build and manage sales pipelines.
  • Perform multi-channel lead generation via:
  • LinkedIn & LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer
  • Email campaigns & cold outreach
  • , Clutch, GoodFirms, AppFutura, etc.
  • Social media platforms & professional networks
  • Assist in understanding client requirements and technical scopes.
  • Support in drafting proposals, presentations, and client communication.
  • Maintain CRM entries, follow-up logs, and sales reports for smooth workflow.


Required Skills

  • 0.6 – 2 years of experience in
    international IT services sales
    or business development.
  • Solid understanding of IT services, software development processes, and technical requirements.
  • Practical experience in lead generation (LinkedIn, Upwork, email outreach, B2B portals).
  • Strong communication, research, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to translate technical requirements into business opportunities.
  • Energetic, team-focused, and motivated to build a career in IT sales.
