Job Description:We are looking for a highly skilled Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Senior Lead / Architect to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have strong domain expertise in Logistics, Shipping, and 3PL, along with hands-on experience in OTM modules, IoT-based fleet tracking, and system integrations. Key Responsibilities:Lead 2–3 full-cycle OTM implementations. Deep functional knowledge of logistics, shipping, and 3PL operations.
Hands-on experience in OTM Fleet Management and Freight Forwarding modules. Work with IoT systems for fleet tracking, driver, and asset monitoring. Configure interfaces with third-party carrier fleets and systems.
Handle setups for order processing, shipment execution, planning, and invoicing. Configure automation agents, custom reports, FTI, VPDs, and stylesheets. Manage user roles and domains in OTM.Support and configure OTM Mobile App.
Integrate with SAP, EDI, and other ERP systems. Lead cross-functional workshops, CRPs, UAT, and training sessions. Perform fit-gap analysis and implement system automations.
Provide project status updates and value-add reviews monthly/quarterly. Collaborate with business users, carriers, and IT teams on design decisions. Soft Skills:Strong communication and stakeholder management.
