Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager with 4–8 years of proven expertise in Human Resource Management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire HR function, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, payroll, statutory compliance, and training & development. The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding).
- Oversee payroll processing, attendance management, and employee benefits.
- Ensure statutory compliance related to labor laws, ESI, PF, gratuity, etc.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with organizational objectives.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Drive employee engagement activities to improve workplace culture and retention.
- Monitor and evaluate performance management systems (KPI, appraisal process).
- Identify training needs and implement development programs for staff.
- Maintain accurate employee records, service registers, and HR documentation.
- Act as a bridge between management and employees, ensuring smooth communication.
Requirements
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4–8 years of HR management experience, preferably in [textile/retail/manufacturing or relevant industry].
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
