About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead business growth for our CAD/CAM solutions in Chennais commercial manufacturing market. This role combines strategic account management, business development, and consultative solution selling to help our clients adopt cutting-edge digital manufacturing technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Expansion: Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate the commercial manufacturing market in Chennai and surrounding regions.
  • Client Acquisition: Identify, target, and close new business opportunities with SMEs, job shops, tooling companies, and component manufacturers.
  • Account Management: Maintain and grow long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Solution Selling: Present and demonstrate CAD/CAM software solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Sales Targets: Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals.
  • Collaboration: Work with pre-sales, technical, and marketing teams to deliver compelling customer proposals.
  • Market Awareness: Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market developments to position solutions effectively.

Key Requirements

  • 5–8 years of successful sales experience in CAD/CAM/CAE/PLM software or related manufacturing solutions.
  • Strong network in the commercial manufacturing segment.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within the territory.
