Job Description:

Hooqx is looking for a Customer Support Representative (Female) with excellent communication skills and prior experience in handling international clients. The ideal candidate should be confident, professional, and capable of managing client interactions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle international client coordination via calls, emails, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information and timely support to clients.
  • Maintain a professional and customer-focused attitude at all times.
  • Resolve customer queries and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Prepare reports and update customer records as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar profile.
  • Experience in international client coordination is mandatory.
  • Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Only female candidates may apply.
  • Candidates must be located in or near Salt Lake Sector V, Kolkata.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 (based on last drawn salary and experience)
