We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of the HR department. The ideal candidate will assist in various HR tasks including recruitment, employee record management, onboarding, attendance monitoring, and coordination of school HR policies and compliance in line with CBSE norms.

  • Assist in the recruitment process: posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate joining formalities, and documentation for new hires.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases (digital and physical).
  • Track and manage staff attendance, leave records, and prepare monthly reports.
  • Assist in payroll processing by sharing accurate attendance and leave data.
  • Support in drafting official letters (offer, appointment, relieving, etc.).
  • Coordinate staff training, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
  • Ensure HR policies and processes are followed as per school and CBSE norms.
  • Assist in maintaining staff compliance records (CTET, B.Ed., etc.).
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources / business administration / psychology or related field
  • Experience: 1–3 years in HR, preferably in a school or academic environment
