Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, associate will be responsible for driving the development and optimization of our Digital PRO and EPRO domain, overseeing all PRO & EPRO related pages, and ensuring seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and User Experience, to deliver high-quality features and enhancements.
  • Manage and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of robust, scalable, and efficient software solutions. ·
  • Ensure the security, performance, and reliability of purchase-related systems and pages.
  • Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, contributing to the stability and success of the purchase domain.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Core Responsibilities:

Front-End Development:

  • Lead the development of user-friendly, responsive, and visually appealing interfaces using modern front-end technologies (such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Node).
  • Ensure that the front-end code adheres to best practices, is scalable, and is optimized for performance and accessibility.

Technical Leadership:

  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the front-end development team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality code and adherence to established standards and best practices.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including back-end developers, UX/UI designers, product managers, and QA engineers, to deliver cohesive and high-quality user experiences.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, gather feedback, and iterate on front-end solutions.

Feature Development:

  • Lead the design and implementation of new features and enhancements, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Prioritize user-centric design principles to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces.

Performance Optimization:

  • Analyze and optimize front-end performance, identifying and resolving bottlenecks to ensure fast load times and smooth interactions.
  • Implement best practices for front-end performance, including lazy loading, code splitting, and optimizing asset delivery.

Maintenance and Troubleshooting:

  • Maintain and improve the existing front-end codebase, addressing bugs and implementing enhancements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex front-end issues, ensuring a stable and reliable user experience.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay updated with the latest front-end technologies, trends, and best practices, and proactively implement improvements to the development process.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation within the front-end team.

Testing and Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure thorough testing of front-end code, utilizing automated testing frameworks (such as Jest, Cypress, or Selenium) to maintain high quality and reliability.
  • Collaborate with QA teams to address any issues identified during testing phases.

8+ years of experience.

Required Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or Master's
